[Processing Example] Acrylic Fixtures (R-Bend Processed Products)

Here is an example of carefully performing R bending processing to minimize distortion as much as possible!

We would like to introduce a case study of our acrylic fixtures (R-bending processed products). The material is PMMA (acrylic), with an acrylic dome of 8mm thickness. With the thickness and shape of this product, there is a tendency for distortion to occur at the boundary between the straight line and the R when R-bending is performed.
